VEHARI - At least sacrificial animals markets will initially be set up at different places in the city. TMO Ali Akbar Bhatti said three sale points have been set up at C/Block, Main Road near Kohistan Factory Machianwala, and Fruit Market Luddan. He said the sale of sacrificial animals would not be allowed in any other locality or road of the city, adding the district administration would soon impose section 144 under which the sale of animals in city areas would be banned.
"Anyone found violating the ban will be dealt under the law," he warned. He said that the local police would also be deployed around all sales point to avoid any inconvenience.
