Not a day passes when a dozen or so innocent people are not killed in Karachi, mostly on account of preplanned target killing. We can go on blaming different parts of the government for these crimes but we need to find a solution. Most of the target killings in Karachi are carried out by motorcycle riders, we can either stop pillion riding or bring about more sever laws to curtail this growing menace. We can also request that more police is available on the streets and roads then on protocol duty, but this is a much beaten horse and we have not seen any reaction, only words and speeches.
