BEIJING - Chinese wildcard Zhang Shuai overpowered qualifier Vania King of the United States 7-6 (7/1), 6-1 to clinch the $500,000 WTA Guangzhou Open title on Saturday. Zhang played aggressive game in the second set and did not allow her opponent to bounce back. She won the second set 6-1 thus won the title 7-6 (7/1), 6-1.
