The number of Coronavirus cases across the world has surpassed thirty-one point five million while the pandemic has claimed more than 969,800 lives so far.                    

The United States is the worst hit country with over seven million infection cases and over 204,500 deaths, followed by India with over five point five million cases and over 88,900 deaths.

More than twenty-three point one million patients stand recovered.
