BAGHDAD (AFP) - Five people were killed and 10 wounded on Wednesday when a suicide bomber wearing an explosives-filled vest blew himself up at a mosque north of Baghdad, security officials told AFP. The explosion happened in Dhulouiyah, 70 kilometres north of the Iraqi capital, an interior ministry source said, giving the toll. A local police official said the attacker struck during evening prayers around 8pm (1700 GMT) in the Sunni town.
