OUR STAFF REPORTER LAHORE The third PHF Junior Super Hockey League will be played here at National Hockey Stadium Lahore from April 27 to May 8 under the banner of Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF). In the league, Lahore, Quetta, Sialkot, Karachi, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Multan and Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) Academy hockey teams will participate. The Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has constituted Age Credentials Check Committee as below to verify and check the ages of the players and shall apply Bone Test or may resort to Facial Scrutiny to disqualify the over-age players. The concealment of age factor shall render the player involved, to debarment. The scrutiny will be held on 26th April 2011 at 1600 hours. Age Credentials Check Committee comprise of Rana Mujahid Ali/Convener, Khalid Bashir and Arshad Chawdhry as members. For the smooth conduct of the event, the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) has appointed panel of Technical Officials comprising Rana Mujahid Ali/Tournament Director, M/s Zahid Afzal M Akhlaque as ATD, Rashid Mahmood Butt/Umpires Manager, Saeed Ahmed/Asst Umpires Manager, M/s Qadeer Ahmed, M Shafique Bhatti, Javaid Iqbal and Hassan Askari/Tournament Officers, M/s Arif Qayyum, Haroon Saeed, Rana M Afzal, Qaiser, Saeed Ahmed, Zaheer-ul-Haque and Syed Faisal Shah/Judges, M/s Ghufran Ahmed, Shahid Pervaiz, Muneer Ahmed, Mahmood, Haider Rasool, Kamran Hussain, Rana M Liaqat, M Mushtaq, Naveed Ahmed and Atif Malik/ Umpires. The Pre-Tournament Briefing Meetings will be held by the tournament director on April 26 at 1 pm for technical officials and team doctors while at 1500 3 pm for team managers/captains.
