LAHORE  - Moosa Ali Gilani, son of Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, on Sunday decided to move court against Tauqeer, the main accused in Ephedrine scam who also claimed to be his Private Secretary.  Fawad Chaudhry advocate, his counsel, during a special interaction with INP, disclosed that they held a detailed meeting over the pending issue.He said that Moosa was being targeted for being the son of the Prime Minister though he had no connection with the scam.He said threatening him with arrest was illegal as his link with the case could not be proved and it was not correct to brand him as culprit.Fawad further informed that Tauqeer, who claimed to be his Private Secretary, was not related to Moosa Gilani in any manner over which they were moving the court.
