PESHAWAR - M Munir of Ufone clinched the 22nd Khyber National Ranking Open Golf Championship title here at the PAF Golf Club on Sunday.
He received a cash prize of Rs 73000.Commander 11 Corps, Lt Gen Khalid Rabbani was the chief guest on the occasion. Waheed Baloch and Imdad Hussain declared joint second with same score of 213.
In the Ladies Tahir Nazir with her net score 69 got first slot while Prof Farida Naseer was got second spot and Dr Soni Wali placed third. In the Veteran Amateur Kiramat Ullah got first, Col. Nazir Ullah Qazi second and Col. Saif Ullah Khan third.
In the Senior Pro Akhtar Ali of Police, Mehmood Hussain of PTV and Asghar Ali of Police got first, second and third positions respectively.
Mobeen, Obaid and Bilal Khan placed first, second and third in the U-15 Boys Net category At the end, Begum Corps Commander gave prizes while Lt Gen. Khalid Rabbani awarded main trophies and cash prizes to the professionals.
