It is a painful reality that more or less all our public sector organizations at federal and provincial level , with the exception of a few, appeared to have failed both in their service delivery and in meeting challenges involving their basic missions. A simple reason behind this failure is that our public sector organizations do not look for people with these qualities, integrity, intelligence, and energy but they hire crafty proverbial ‘dead wood’ who make no effort to vitiate service delivery of organizations and only hobble and dampen young and upright officers. These dead woods, with their subversive habits have become a disaster, but who cares in this society where injustice is perpetuated on one pretext or another.
