At least one dacoit and one police cop was killed during police encounter here in Hyderabad town, jurisdiction of Kot Momin police station on Monday. As per details On Monday at Sehri time some dacoits trespassed in a house located in Lilyani area of Hyderabad town and held the home members hostage. The dacoits snatched motorcycle from a person and fled from the scene. After getting information the police followed the dacoits and gunned down a dacoit the dacoits retaliated and killed police cop. The policeman has been identified as Muhammad Shahid Abbas while the dacoit is identified as Karam Ullah. The dead body of dacoit has been dispatched to hospital for postmortem. The funeral prayer of martyred police cop has been offered.
