Department of Civil Defence has launched crackdown against illegal sale of LPG and the agencies found selling illegal LPG would be sealed. On directives of district Administrator Rawalpindi, department of Civil Defence has started crackdown here from Monday against agencies selling illegal LPG. During the crackdown the agencies would be sealed and cases would be filed against the owners of such agencies. Chief Inspector Civil Defence said that action against hotels, plazas and factories has been started for not having fire-extinguished equipments and poor security arrangements. The notices have been issued to the owners of the factories, hotels, agencies, flourmills, and shops for not having fire-extinguish equipments.
