KHYBER AGENCY - An explosive device planted by unknown militants outside a general store in rural area went off with a big bang on Monday in Khuga Khel of tehsil Landi Kotal, official and local sources said.
The sources said that the blast outside the store owned by one Ikram, was partially damaged. Soon after the incident, the political administration officials rushed to the spot and collected evidences for investigation, sources said. The agency authorities have intensified the ongoing search operation in parts of the agency for the arrest of militant elements.
However, no tangible progress has been made so far.
