LAHORE - Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority Director General Air Marshal (r) Muhammad Yousaf inspected terminal services/facilities for the pilgrims at Allama lqbal International Airport on Friday.
The director general also examined other facilities ie drinking water, medical, food points, WIFI internet, porter service, washrooms and other areas. He directed the CAA officers to ensure provision of complimentary services, proactively to senior citizens.
He also reviewed the passenger’s complaint system and emphasised on the officers to accord top priority in resolving the passenger problems.
He directed that all stakeholders including ASF, ANF, immigration, customs, health and airlines must render best services so that extraordinary aviation facilities be provided to the pilgrims.
