KARACHI - The third Roshan Khan Junior Squash Championship named after great squash star Roshan Khan and father of the greatest Jahangir Khan will be organised here at Pakistan Navy Roshan Khan Jahangir Khan complex from January 15 to 20. Pak Arab Refinery (Parco) will sponsor t the championships which would carry Rs 400,000 in prize money. The prize amount has been raised by Rs 100,000 from last year, the tournament director of the chmapionship Engineer Tahir Khanzada, Secretary of Sindh Squash Association announced here yesterday He is also the tournament director of the six-day event. Competition in the six-day championship will be held in under 11, under- 13, under-15, under-17 and under-19 categories in boys competition and in under-15 and under-19 in girls category, he said. The qualification rounds would be held from January 15 and January 16 . The main round of the championship would commence from January 17. The draw size in both qualifying and main rounds in all the categories would be 16 . Accommodation to all qualification and main rounds players would be given. Last date of entry is January 5.
