Norwegian car riders welcomed in Sialkot

SIALKOT - The local people accorded warm welcome to Norway-based Pakistani youth namely Waqas Aslam Sheikh and his friends who reached here by road after travelling 9,200km distance in 12 days via 10 different countries, with the message of peace, love and tolerance.

The people including some leading export tycoons showered rose petals  upon him at Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI). Later, taking to the newsmen, Waqas Aslam said that he started the journey of peace and love from Oslo-Norway on December 10, 2017 with his friends by car and reached by spreading the message of peace.

He said that the armed forces of Pakistan have the full capabilities to weed out terrorism from the country. Armed forces of Pakistan have successfully eliminated and uprooted all the hideouts and networks of the terrorists from the country breaking the backbone of the terrorists.

He said that the Pakistani nation stands united against terrorism and was ready to sacrifice even their lives to eliminated terrorism and defend every inch of the Motherland.
