ISLAMABAD: PTI chairman Imran Khan has said if bureaucrats have not assisted anyone in corruption then why they are scared of accountability.
“If bureaucrats have not provided assistance to anyone in corruption then why they fear from ehtesab,” he said this in his tweet on Friday.
He held protesting by bureaucrats over the arrest of Ahad Cheema was shameful because corrupt gang thinks them above law.
“ Having belief in accountability as a political leader I appeared before Supreme Court (SC) and filed more than 50 documents to prove my innocence”, he remarked.
He underlined that SC decision for debarring a disqualified person from heading party will prove a significant milestone in the democratic history of the country.
Utterly shameful how bureaucracy belonging to PAS has chosen to protest over accountability & arrest of Cheema, clearly SS's front man. This union of the corrupt under ldrship of Godfather SS believes they are above the law. If they are innocent why shd they fear accountability?
