PM Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani ruled out hand over of any citizen of Pakistan to India, saying that we don't have any extradition treaty with India. Speaking to newsmen at the Lahore Airport on Friday, Prime Minister said Chief Minister of Indian Gujarat Narinder Modi endorsed our stance as saying that information cannot be termed evidence. He renewed the government policy that no Pakistani national would be handed over to any country, but added that accused would be tried here according to the law of land. "Terrorism has no religion and country," Prime Minister Gilani said.
