LAHORE – Commissioner Lahore Division Jawad Rafiq Malik on Tuesday said that the birthday of Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) was the most sacred day of the universe and all resources would be utilised to insure security on that day.
He declared that three layer security checking would be assisted with monitoring from main control rooms.
The commissioner presided over meeting regarding security arrangements on the eve of Eid Milladun Nabi which was attended by the DCO and police officers. The Commissioner maintained that due to processions in different cities, alternate traffic plans had been made to avoid traffic jams.
