Dacoits and thieves hit Gujrat areas thrice and made off with cash, gold ornaments and bikes worth hundreds of thousands of rupees.
Reportedly, unidentified dacoits snatched a bag containing 3,000 euros and 240 grams of gold from a lady namely Asia Bibi and fled away in Jalalpur Jatan Adda. Eyewitnesses told the police that the bandits were riding on a motorcycle.
In the second incident, thieves took away the motorcycle of clerk of Jamia School Gujrat in the jurisdiction of A-Division Police. In the third incident, thieves took away the motorcycle of Imranul Haq from outside the market in the limits of Rehmania Police. Police are investigating.
