Islamabad - The residents of G-9/3 have been facing severe water shortage for the past one week due to construction work of metro bus project. Citizens have complained that for past one week the supply of water to their sector has been suspended due to which they are facing multiple problems. They complained that they are already suffering form power, gas and petrol shortages and now even water which is an essential commodity has been stopped.Upon contacting CDA, the residents were told that the construction firm working on the metro bus project has punctured the water supply line due to which water supply to the sector has been suspended.
The residents have demanded of CDA to take immediate measures for restoring the supply line.
