ISLAMABAD - WAPDA Chairman Zaffar Mehmood said rapid work for controlling energy crisis is continuing on power generation projects.

Mehmood announced that the government was implementing comprehensive planning for completing the short term and long term projects for electricity generation.

He said 21000 megawatt electricity will be produced in the coming eight to ten years with China’s assistance.
