Islamabad: Pakistan People’s Party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari on Monday urged party workers to guard at polling stations on July 25.

He said those (party workers) who gave sacrifice for the party are 'heroes of the party'.

In his message, the PPP leader condemned attacks on workers during the election campaign.  He said he was saddened over the death of party worker Yasir Khiladi. 

“Opponents of PPP are seeing defeat ahead, The government should arrest those involved in attacks on PPP workers” he added.

He vowed to defeat opponents through elections and reiterated that those who sacrificed their lives for the party were heroes of the party.
