Faryal Talpur got her six-day pre-arrest protective bail petition accepted by Sindh High Court (SHC) in a money laundering case against her and brother Asif Ali Zardari on Monday.

A two members bench headed by Chief Justice Saqib Nisar took a suo moto action of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) investigation of 35 billion rupees of money laundering scam.

Along with Asif Ali Zardari and Faryal Talpur FIA also nominated others including Zardari's close aide Pakistan Stock Exchange Chairman Hussain Lawai. 

20 more people have been declared absconder by FIA including Anwar Majeed and his son, in a money laundering case.

justice Irshad Shah and Rasheed Soomro approved Faryal Talpur’s pre-arrest bail petition.

Faryal Talpur was of the view that this case was the just politically motivated case and its sole purpose was to prevent her from contesting polls.
