PESHAWAR- A grand jirga of Nawagai, Chaharmang and Mamoond tribes of Bajaur Agency was held in Khar on Monday.
On this occasion, the elders announced every possible cooperation with the administration and Armed Forces of Pakistan for promoting peace in the area.
They also announced to to foil the designs of terrorists and reactivate peace committees in their areas Speaking on the occasion, Political Agent of Bajaur Agency, Syed Abdul Jabbar Shah said the people of the Agency have played a key role in clearing the area of terrorists and maintaining writ of the government.
