KARACHI: The Clifton police have registered a kidnapping case of Sindh High Court chief justice’s son, Awais Shah, a lawyer.

The case has been registered on the complaint of Registrar Sindh High Court Mustafa Memon.

The fingerprints collected from the car driven by Owais Shah have been sent to NADRA for verification.

On the directives of Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah, SSP South Dr Farooq and SP Clifton Amjad Hayat have been suspended.

Sindh Bar Council has given a seven-day ultimatum to the Sindh government for recovery of Owais and has been on boycotting court proceedings.
