LAHORE  - Pakistan tennis champion and WTA world ranked player Ushna Suhail partnering Christina Moroi of Romania defeated fourth seeded pair of Veronika Slotika (Ukraine) and Christina Shakovets (Germany) in a closely-contested match of the 2nd ITF Tournament in Sharm-el-Sheikh, Egypt on Wednesday.  

The Pak-Romanian pair played superb tennis against ranked 613 Ukrainian-German pair and defeated them 1-6, 6-2, 10-8 after a tough contest. Having lost the first set at 1-6, Ushna and partner fought back to readjust game plan and aggressive net game strategy to beat the higher-ranked opponents in super tie break.  

Leading 6-0 in tie break, the opponents equaled the score at 6-6. In the third and decisive set, long rallies and aces were seen from both sides till Ushna and partner won it 10-8 to register an impressive victory.
