LAHORE:- Dollar rate in inter-bank market has reduced by 20 paisas due to

intervention of State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). Owing to this decrease in rate, dollar inter-bank rate stands at Rs 122. In open market, the buying rate of dollar has reached Rs 124. The currency dealers have said due to escalating rate of dollar the SBP held a hurriedly called meeting. The dealers said the dollar rate will further go down in the coming days.
