LAHORE – The Indian authorities on Thursday released two Pakistani prisoners and handed them over to Pakistan Rangers at Wagha Joint Check Post.  Prisoners Syed Noor Muhammad Qasim son of Ashaq Ahmad and Sharif Dad son of Hakim Dad were released by Indian authorities and Punjab Rangers received them warmly.
On the instructions of Rangers DG Maj Gen Syed Hilal Hussain, Rangers officers presented flowers and sweets to the prisoners, the spokesman said.
