ISLAMABAD - The senior leadership of PML-Q (Likeminded) has condemned the resolution passed by the Sindh Assembly against their party leader Arbab Rahim’s membership.
The senior leaders including Saleem Saifullah, Hmaid Nasir Chattha, Hamayun Akhtar, Gohar Ayub Khan, Kabir Wasti, Gulshan Saeed, Abdul Ghaffar Qureshi and others, while condemning the resolution, said that this act was against the democratic traditions.
They further termed it a political victimization of their party and party leadership.
Abdul Ghaffar Qureshi said that the role of Arbab Rahim for the politics was not a hidden one and no one can harm his political stature with such steps. He added that it was first time in the history of the country that such steps were being taken that are creating bad image of the country in the world.
The political people are making mockery of the politics through such steps and those who passed this resolution know nothing about the politics, he added.
