LAHORE - Jamaat-ud-Dawa chief Hafiz Saaed has warned the nation about the serious threats from inside the country is facing in shape of ethnicity, sectarianism and provincialism, asking them to follow Pakistan Ideology.

“Once the Muslims in this country become united, they will be able to make whole Jammu and Kashmir and the states announce annexation with Pakistan,” he held while addressing an impressive gathering at his party organised Pakistan ideology conference at University Ground Chuburgi here on Sunday.

The JuD chief demanded imposition of Shariah in the country which he said was the ultimate goal of this nation. Bangladesh, he added, would remerge into Pakistan if Shariah was imposed in the country.

Former ISI chief Lt-Gen (r) Hameed Gul, JUI leader Pir Ijaz Hashmi, JuD leader Abdur Rehman Makki, Al lama Ibtisam Elahi Zaheer, Hafiz Abdul Ghafar Ropri and others leaders of different religious parties also spoke on occasion.

Hafiz Saeed vowed to continue his party campaign for making the people of Pakistan into a nation, terming it JuD’s prime focus. The second object, he held, was turning Pakistan into an Islamic state. The third mission of his party’s campaign, as per him, was to make free the Muslim majority states including Kashmir from the illegal occupation of India.

Hafiz Saaed said India was responsible for electricity loadshedding and water sacristy in Pakistan. “After building dams and stopping water flow of our rivers in Occupied Kashmir, India is aiming to turn our land barren,” he held.

Students of Al-Hamdia Roza Society participated in the conference and vowed to protect the Islamic Ideology of the country.
