MALAKWAL Under the Punjab Chief Minister programme, tehsil level essay writing, speech and art contests among students of the secondary classes concluded here on Tuesday. In Malakwal tehsil, Urdu speech contests were held at Govt High School. Hafiz Mohson Ali or Govt Raffiul Islam High School won the first position in Urdu speech contest. While, Mosaiab Umair of Govt High School, Syed Hussain Danish of Usman High School won 2nd and 3rd position respectively. In English speech competition, Arsalan Ahmad of Usman High School got first, Khuram Nawaz of High School 2nd and Muhammad Farooq of Govt High School got 3rd postion. In English essay writing, Bilal Hussain Shah of Usman High School got first, Usman Aslam of Govt High School got 2nd, Syed Basit Raza of Govt High School got 3rd position. While in Urdu essay writing Azhar Javeed of Govt High School won first position, Muhammad Imran of Govt High School Mumdana got 2nd and Hamza Ahmad of Govt Raffiul Islam High School Malakwal got third position. On the occasion, SST Shakeel, SST Muhammad Ayoub Shehzad and SST Muhammad Zafar Iqbal rendered the services of the judges and Deputy DEO Hafeez Ahmad supervised the proceedings.
