LAHORE PML-N has cancelled its Gujaranwala meeting on November 25 overtly what it seems to be security reasons. However, the informed circles have claimed that PML-N top leadership was in contact with certain meaningful quarters over the developments occurring after the resignation of the Hussain Haqqani against the backdrop of Memogate scandal. The PML-N claims it could be one of the major powerbroker if the current set up would face an early goodbye, at least in Punjab with the support of other factions of the Muslim Leagues while the right-wing forces has cancelled its ongoing political plans for the time being. The circles further claimed that PML-N would review its current policy contours in the emerging situation after Haqqani incident in a bid to meet the new challenge being the second popular political force of the country. Meanwhile, senior PML-N leader, Khawaja Saad Rafique has said that the partys public moot would be held on its schedule. Moreover, private TV channels reported that PML-N had cancelled its meeting to be held in Gujranwala due to security reasons.
