OUR STAFF REPORTER LAHROE The Lahore High Court on Tuesday sought reply from the Federal Government on a petition seeking increase in pension of retired judges, who took oath under PCO. Former PCO Judge Nasim Sikander filed the petition. The petitioners counsel Ali Akbar Qureshi submitted that the president had increased pension of the retired judges by 75 percent and medical allowance by 20 percent during the current year. The petitioner pleaded the court to take notice of the discrimination and direct the federal government to pay pension and medical allowance equal to other retired judges.
