The district government on Thursday installed 116 Close Circuit Television Cameras at sensitive places to monitor the Muharram processions. In this connection, a special control room has been established at the DCO Office where officials of different departments would perform their duties. DOO Noorul Amin Mengal said 36 cameras had been installed at Islampura and 80 at other points of the routes of procession from Nisar Haveli.
