FAISALABAD-Children are future of the nation and country and they must be made aware of the working and functioning of judiciary.

District and Sessions Judge Abid Hussain Qureshi stated while speaking to students from various public and private schools who visited judicial complex on the concluding day of three celebrations held as part of the sesquicentennial celebrations of the Lahore High Court. The concluding day programme was held at District Judicial Complex, which was attended by a large number of students. They were enlightened about the working of courts different judges.

The District and Sessions judge said that objective of the schoolchildren and their teachers visit is to sensitise them as to how justice is dispensed and courts work. He replied to each question raised by the students and said courts are supposed to serve the public and the courts never put off today’s work for tomorrow.

On the occasion, students of Divisional Public school, Govt MC Higher Secondary School Allama Iqbal Road, Govt Model Girls High School People’s Colony No-1, Faisalabad Cadet School, Allied School, Govt Muslim High School Tariqabad and others observed the working and procedure of the courts.

Later, the DSJ distributed certificates and prizes to students. Additional District and Sessions Judges - Rai Aftab, Amjad Nazeer Ch, Senior Civil Judge Afzal Majoka, Civil Judge Mumtaz Hanjra, AD Schools Education Sardar Sajid and other officers were also present.
