Hearing put off without indictment

RAWALPINDI - The Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi Number 1 Saturday once again postponed the hearing till October 29 in former premier Benazir Bhutto (BB) murder case with out framing charges against the seven accused including two police officials involved in the case. Meanwhile, the court also adjourned the proceeding in an application, filed by Begum Sehba Musharraf to release the property of his husband former President and General (Retd) Pervez Musharraf till November 5, besides issuing notices to two private TV channels for airing wrong news regarding BB murder case. During the hearing, taken up by ATC No 1 Judge Shahid Raffique, Malik Raffique, defence counsel for seven accused including former CPO Syed Saud Aziz and SP Rawal Town Khurram Shehzad, apprised the court that he had to attend a funeral ceremony, therefore, he could not argue before the court.
