PESHAWAR Unidentified militants, Wednesday, blew up another private school in Mathra area late Tuesday night. Sources said that militants had planted around 5-kg explosive near the boundary wall of Mushin Public School situated in Dag Lara area of Mathra. The blast damaged an apartment and boundary wall of the school. The blast was so severe that it jolted the entire area. The blast triggered fear and panic among the residents. Soon after the blast, police and bomb disposal squad rushed to the site and cordoned off the area. According to the bomb disposal squad, a 6-kg explosive was used in the attack. The police have started search operation in the area to arrest the attackers. It is worth mentioning here that the trend of attacking school premises in Peshawar is increasing day by day and the latest is the fourth school, which had been attacked by militants during the last fifteen days. Earlier, two schools were destroyed in Peshawars Landi Arab and one in Regi area.
