KARACHI (APP) - SECP has asked listing companies for the last time to submit their overdue annual returns on Form-A, soft copy of members list and pattern of shareholding with the Commission by October 31. In a communique to KSE, SECP said that these documents were sought by the commission last year, but most of the listed companies failed to submit them. SECP said that it would take strict penal action against the non- complying companies upon failing to submit these documents. SECP further clarified that filling of aforementioned annual return with SECP does not absolve the companies from filling the same return with the Company Registration Office.
