Chief warden civil defence among 8 held

ISLAMABAD Islamabad Capital Territory Administration (ICTA) on Thursday got registered a case against Chief Warden Civil Defence, Malik Ashraf, and seven others for minting thousands of rupees from innocent citizens in the name of fake recruitments in Civil Defence Department Islamabad. Assistant Commissioner Industrial Area Islamabad Imran Ali Sultan along with police officials on the tip-off raided the office of Chief Warden of Civil Defence Islamabad Malik Ashraf at Usman Plaza here at I-10 Makaz. The police arrested accused who were busy in the fake recruiting process. Assistant Commissioner said when chief warden was questioned about the fake recruitment, he could not furnish any reply to this effect.
