FAISALABAD A proclaimed offender aided by his armed accomplices allegedly kidnapped the family members of an SHO after barging into his house in Ayub Colony here on Thursday. The news sent a wave of panic among the high ups. A heavy contingent of police with Elite Force including SP Lyallpur Town, SSP Investigation, CPO, SHO Jhang Bazar rushed to the crime scene and cordoned off the area. Soon after the incident, the whole district was sealed in a bid to nab the culprits. Reportedly, SHO Satiana Rana Mazharul Haqs wife, two-year-old daughter Mehwish and brother Fazlul Haq were present at home when armed men on two cars reached there and made their forceful entry into the house. They held the inhabitants hostage at gunpoint and took them away. Four of the attackers were clad in Elite Force uniforms. According to Rana Mazharul Haq, Sheikhupura based proclaimed offenders Shahzad Bhatti and his accomplices had kidnapped his family members.
