KARACHI - Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani called on President Asif Ali Zardari at Bilawal House on Thursday night. Spokesperson Farhatullah Babar said the two leaders discussed progress regarding relief and rehabilitation work in the flood-affected areas of Sindh and the control of dengue in the country. Overall political law and order situation also came under discussion. The prime minister briefed the president about his short visit to Afghanistan on Thursday to condole the death of former Afghan president and High Peace Council Chairman Professor Burhanuddin Rabbani who was assassinated in Kabul in a suicide attack.
