CHITRAL - Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar has said that all of our problems would be solved automatically if we give precedence to country and start nurturing its love in ourselves.
Addressing District Bar Chitral here Saturday, he said that love of the country is a key that would resolve all our problems. He said that at present country demands our utmost dedication and commitment and it is the only way of salvaging our motherland.
He said that victory would be our destiny if each one of us should realise his responsibilities and help those who are weak and needy.
The chief justice said that bench and bar are parts of a same body and if they are separated the whole structure would be paralysed adding we do not want to be paralysed.
He also directed to solve the issues faced by bar lawyer community. He also said that issue of Service Tribunal in Chitral would soon be resolved.
Regarding Bhasha and Mohmand Dams, he said that our survival is dependent on the sufficient availability of water for coming generations. He said that wrong policies of previous rulers have indebted nation to foreign loans and our every child is under a debt of 117000 rupees.
Chief Justice Saqib Nisar said that he has taken notice of the problems faced by the people due to limited opening of Lowari Tunnel, adding a report has been sought from the Chairman National Highways Authority in this regard. He said that it is the responsibility of the government to ensure all the basic amenities to people.
He also visited District Headquarters Hospital and people apprised him about their problems. He also directed concerned authorities to improve service delivery in the hospital.
On the occasion, District Bar Association President Khursheed Hussain Mughal expressed gratitude to chief justice for his visit and said that his services for the bar would always be remembered.
