KARACHI – UBL Ameen formally inaugurated its branch at Manghopir Road, SITE Area. The branch was inaugurated by Muhammad Irfan Motan, Chairman SITE Association, Says a press release. Motan expressed his enthusiasm and interest in the promotion of Islamic Banking in future endeavors of the bank. Nusrat Ullah Khan, Group Head-UBL Ameen Islamic Banking, told about UBL’s plan to open more Islamic Banking branches in the years to come. 

UBL was awarded with the Islamic Banking Branch license by the State Bank of Pakistan on December 16, 2006 and its first branch for public was launched at M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi on December 22, 2006.   UBL Ameen offers a full range of Shariah compliant Islamic Banking products and services through its 14 dedicated branches in major cities all over the country with the service of Online Banking Facility that links over 1200 branches of UBL nationwide.
