Federal Investigations Agency (FIA) after interrogation allowed as many as 500 Pakistanis deported from Oman to go to their homes here in Karachi on Friday.

It should be mentioned that about 500 Pakistanis deported from Oman arrived at Ghass Bander Kemari Karachi on Thursday night.

They belong to different cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa, Sindh and Punjab. They were jailed around three months ago by Oman police.

The released persons talking to media said that they gave Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 to the agents to go abroad and earn for their families but the dream did not turn into a good reality as they were taken into custody by Oman authorities and jailed for having illegal documents.
