MINGORA  - One killed and six injured in different traffic accidents in district Swat, said police sources here Thursday.
According to police a car carrying tourists from Rawalpindi to Kalam on return went out of the control of driver and fall into River Swat resulting in the injuring of four persons identified as Ismail, Zahid, Noor Mohammad and Javed while the driver Noor Badshah son of Musafir along with car went missing.
Search for the body of the driver was in progress, but his body could not be recovered from the river.
The second incident was occurred in front of Frontier House at Kabal where a hiace van went out of the control driver Islam Khan son of Umer Baz, resident of Davlai and hit a motorcycle resulting in the injuring of the riders identified as Bakht Ahmad, resident of Kabal and Abdullah son of Saifullah, who were rushed to Saidu Sharif Hospital.
The local police after registering of a case arrested the driver Islam Khan.
Further investigations were in progress.
