KARACHI - The Women Welfare Department is pursuing various projects in accordance with the vision of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. This was stated here on Thursday by the Sindh Minister for Women Development, Ms. Taqueer Fatima Bhutto. She said that Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto wanted that the women be empowered.
The Minister attended a programme at the Bilquis Edhi Centre, North Karachi, and exchanged Eid greetings with the inmates there.
She also asked the young girls there to acquire education and help bring about the required change in the society.
