Higher Education Commission of Pakistan has signed a MoU with two European countries that will facilitate 400 students to avail scholarships at undergraduate and graduate levels. It is a highly appreciated effort but the sad part is that it is restricted to deserving students of only 10 selected universities of Pakistan and none from Sindh. This partial unjust act robs the students of Sindh from their right to compete for opportunities to study abroad. HEC and the government must look into this matter earnestly and give every citizen of Pakistan a right to pursue their dreams.
