KHAIRPUR - A hand-cuffed under-trial prisoner escaped from police custody in Pir Jo Goth on Saturday.

According to details, Khadim Jagirani alias G-3 Jagirani was brought to the civil court from the Central Jail by police and after appearing before the judge, he escaped from the court premises. According to jail police, several heinous cases were lodged against him. Pir Jo Goth police is carrying out raids in different areas for again taking Jagirani into custody.
