The Lahore High Court on Thursday has given the final deadline of 10 days to the federal government to inform the court about governments stance regarding the prosecution of former president General (retired) Pevez Musharraf for violating the constitution. The lawyer of the government sought more time to file the reply. Justice Sheikh expressed his displeasure over the constant delay of the government for filing its reply. He said that the court needed an immediate reply and would not grant more time. The governments lawyer requested more time through an application. The court gave a deadline of 10 days to the government to file the reply.
