ISLAMABAD - Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Pervaiz Rashid has said that all the security institutions are working in line with government policy to prevent acts of terrorism.
In an interview, the information minister said there is no difference of opinion between the government and the army about dealing with terrorism. In reply to a question, he said the armed forces had the capabilities to destroy all the safe havens of militants to protect the lives and property of the people.
Pervaiz Rashid said the militants through their activities targeted religious places, educational institutions, business centres and many other places which could not be tolerated.
